Hello all thanks for all that came to the meeting Monday For the Festival of football 2012.

DATE is MAY 12TH AND 13TH

Saturday 12th  Teams to play , Under 12s Girls, Under 12s,13s,14s,15s and possible ladies if they are interested .

Sunday 13th    Teams to play  Under 5s,6s,7s,8s,9s,10s,11s

Teams will consist of up to 8 players with 5 be on pitch a one time 5-a-side .

Invites will come out to all teams in January with a date of end of March to be back .

AWAY TEAMS COST £25

ISLEHAM TEAMS COST £10

People have volunteered for some of the jobs but we always need help so please can you inform all parents about the tournament .

As you now this is the the only fund raiser we do for the club so please spread the word .

Nigel from The Under 8s is looking at doing the programme but will need help .

(sponsor to go in programme needed )

Gerald from Under 10s is sorting out trophies and pitches .

Michelle from Under 12s is sorting out drinks stall.

Jules from Under 15s is looking at draw tickets  and will need help ( we are looking for raffle priz a big prize etc )

Jo Harvey Under 11s BBQ Sunday

Dave Markwell Under 15s BBQ Saturday

Jason Under 14s  Pa and in Charge of referees( we need 10 each day )

Robin/Robert Result Station .

As you can many have come forward from all our different teams so please make sure we have plenty of help .

Meat we are looking in to Carter Street Butchers with Turners lorry again .

Toilets  HallMark Event hire again .

Ice Cream Van - Not HAPPY with last year anybody got any contacts .

Pitches we need 10 this team - Steve going to look in to this .

Stalls any ideas -Isleham school had a scooter company selling scooters at there Christmas Fair and they gave a percentage to the school could be a idea or some thing like that any ideas would be great.

We looking in to sponsors so any body that can or knows of any sponsors let me know .
